Staying at this hotel was a bit of a mixed experience. The rooms were basically clean but not up to the mark. On the positive side, the service was just awesome, and they even helped me with a credit card issue. However, the laundry service was disappointing. The location was convenient, near everything I needed, but the room layout could have been better. The dining options were average, and I wished for more variety. Overall, there were some issues, but it was an okay stay.

The rooms were quiet at night, but the smoking smell was a problem for my son who has asthma. The service was a mix of friendly and accommodating with some issues like the personnel not wearing name tags. The facilities needed improvement, especially the lights in the bathrooms being red.
