Staying at this hotel was a bit of a mixed experience. The rooms were basically clean but not up to the mark. On the positive side, the service was just awesome, and they even helped me with a credit card issue. However, the laundry service was disappointing. The location was convenient, near everything I needed, but the room layout could have been better. The dining options were average, and I wished for more variety. Overall, there were some issues, but it was an okay stay.

The hotel's location was not as expected and needed some work, but it was really close to the mall and other activities we had planned. The rooms were quiet at night, but the smoking smell was a problem for my son who has asthma. The service was a mix of friendly and accommodating with some issues like the personnel not wearing name tags. The facilities needed improvement, especially the lights in the bathrooms being red.
